Beverly's Reaction
"Besides the great aesthetics and wonderful smile, I now have more than I could ever imagine. My facial muscles are no longer tense, no more clenching at night, and no joint pain.
I never thought I would ever have a perfect bite. I can't believe I received this result without surgery!"
How We Got There

Beverly chose to have her jaw realigned non-surgically by rebuilding her bite into a neurologically balanced position. She chose to take a conservative approach which included instant orthodontics to move her teeth into optimal position. By doing so, her teeth and the arch formations were aligned for the next phase of treatment, the reconstructive phase.
A neuromuscular analysis told Dr. Klim and Beverly where her bite should be in order to make her muscles happy. Just to make sure, she was given a removable splint to wear which positioned her jaw to the desirable bite position. Wearing the splint for a period of time established with absolute certainty that her case would be successful.
Within a short period of time, her symptoms subsided and she began to be quite ecstatic with the results. Enthusiasm propelled her to the reconstructive phase, which fulfilled the needs of this client. Needless to say, she is a very satisfied client.
Beverly had dreamed for some time about smile makeover. Having been a dental professional for some time she was waiting for the technology to catch up with her expectations. After careful review of the advanced cosmetic procedures, she was ready to go. Her final smile enhancement was accomplished with ceramic restorations from upper premolar to premolar with direct bonded veneers on the right and left first molars. The challenge to this case was correcting the right to left smile cant (crooked smile axis) and masking the dark discolored roots.
