This course is designed to demonstrate principles of aesthetics and for the participant to experience the mastering process with anterior CEREC ceramics. Dr. Klim is passionate about sharing tools to raise the bar in the CEREC world and making the CEREC experience very smooth.

CADStar™ 2-Day Workshop Fee

This course is design for 10 doctors and 10 assistants. CADStar is an approved Patterson Dental CEREC Advanced Training Course. The tuition for each doctor is $3150 and each assistant is $695 (team members be accompanied by doctor for level two course). Patterson vouchers are eligible for this workshop; however voucher must be mailed to CADStar™ four weeks prior to your course date. Participant’s credit card will be bill for the remaining balance of $1,150 when registering. Please e-mail us with your voucher number to verify eligibility. Those registering without a Patterson voucher, $3,150 will be due when registering.

CADStar™ Participation Agreement:

If for any reason you need to reschedule 60 days or more prior to the start of the workshop, full refund will be granted. Rescheduling after 60 days and up to 30 days prior to the class date, will be subject to refund minus value of reservation deposit of $1,150. No refund will be issued after 30 days prior to workshop scheduled.
